Terms of service

The service

Mirrors builds and runs twins of backends from data you provide. You are responsible for having the right to upload that data.

Plans and billing

Metered plans bill monthly for replay minutes and model spend above the allowance; committed plans bill as quoted. Cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period.

Acceptable use

No attempts to extract other customers' data, to run code outside the sandbox the twin provides, or to use a twin against a backend you are not permitted to model.

Availability

The service is provided as is; scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

Changes

These terms may change; continued use after a change is acceptance.
